Submission Instructions for ICOA/IM2004 AUTHORS
Initial Submission of Papers for Refereeing
We invite following papers.
- Research papers
- Research in progress papers
Submission Instructions for Authors:
- All submissions should be done using email.
- Authors must submit 300 word extended abstract by 30 April 2004.
- Paper must be submitted by deadline, 30 May 2004.
- Papers should be set out as per the Submission Instructions for Authors Template (pdf).
All authors are asked to use the template.
NOTE: The template has specific instructions in regards to the format of your paper and specific instructions so that
you keep your identity from the reviewer.
- Papers should be submitted in either Microsoft Word or RTF formats.
- You will receive confirmation of your submission by email within 7 days. Please contact yura@se.uec.ac.jp if you do not receive anything.
- Notification of acceptance. It is anticipated that acceptance/rejection notices will be emailed out by 30 June 2004.
- Papers will be published on CD-ROM.
- Submissions to ICOA/IM2004 must neither have been published already nor presented at another conference.
Further, they must not currently be under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
- All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least two referees and an associate editor on the basis of technical quality,
relevance to information systems, originality, significance, and clarity.
- Accepted papers will appear in the conference CD of proceedings provided that at least one author registers and attends the conference.
- High quality papers will be nominated for the Best Paper award.
