Submission Instructions for ICOA/IM2004 AUTHORS

Initial Submission of Papers for Refereeing

We invite following papers.

All submissions should be done using email.
Authors must submit 300 word extended abstract by 30 April 2004.
Paper must be submitted by deadline, 30 May 2004.
Papers should be set out as per the Submission Instructions for Authors Template (pdf). All authors are asked to use the template.
NOTE: The template has specific instructions in regards to the format of your paper and specific instructions so that you keep your identity from the reviewer.
Papers should be submitted in either Microsoft Word or RTF formats.
You will receive confirmation of your submission by email within 7 days. Please contact yura@se.uec.ac.jp if you do not receive anything.
Notification of acceptance. It is anticipated that acceptance/rejection notices will be emailed out by 30 June 2004.
Papers will be published on CD-ROM.
Submissions to ICOA/IM2004 must neither have been published already nor presented at another conference. Further, they must not currently be under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least two referees and an associate editor on the basis of technical quality, relevance to information systems, originality, significance, and clarity.
Accepted papers will appear in the conference CD of proceedings provided that at least one author registers and attends the conference.
High quality papers will be nominated for the Best Paper award.
