Call For Abstract

Those who would like to present a research paper at the conference are requested to submit the title and abstract (300-500 words) along with the personal information of the authors (name, affiliation, postal address, phone number, fax number and email address) using EasyChair by February 8th, 2016.

All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed on the basis of the relevance and the significance to information management and originality. Even though the due date for full papers has already expired, abstracts will be accepted until the end of June and the accepted abstracts will be given a presentation session.

Call For Paper

Those who would like to present a paper at the conference are requested to submit the title and abstract (300-500 words) along with the personal information of authors (name, affiliation, postal address, phone number, fax number and email address) using EasyChair by February 8th, 2016. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed on the basis of relevance and significance to information management and originality. Once notified of abstract acceptance, full papers should be submitted by May 9, 2016 to EasyChair. The submission of full papers is not compulsory, but optional.

Alternatively, you may just submit your full paper without the abstract accepted by May 9, 2016 to EasyChair unless you are a member of the JSIM or other Japanese academic societies. Your full paper will be peer-reviewed and will be notified of acceptance by July 4, 2016.

If you plan to organize a panel session with four or five presenters, please send your proposal with the title, abstract, and panel members to EasyChair by May 9, 2016.

Those full papers will be thoroughly reviewed for inclusion in the conference proceedings and special issues of authorized academic journals related to information management after the conference. Instructions for preparing full papers and sample files in Word and PDF formats will be available on the conference website. Awards will be given to excellent full papers in different categories. Abstracts and full papers must be submitted in English.

At least one of the authors for each accepted full paper/abstract must register for the conference by August 5, 2016. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference program.

Topics of Interest

The main theme of the conference will be “ Common Platform to a Sustainable Society in the Dynamic Asia Pacific.” The focus of this theme is how we can develop and sustain an affluent society, both materially and spiritually, using IT-based solutions in the global and multi-cultural environment.
